 What marketing does!! eh?, America is the continent, from Chile to Canada, USA marketers is making north America think United States of America is the only America. The rest of the world knows that when you say America, could be Brasil or Venezuela, any country located in this continent, including Canada. Ji Goe kind of mentality.
