Darcy Turenne Love Affair

The other day while I was walking through the park in Victoria with my bow and arrow, I happened to see a black and pink Dakine carry-on suitcase (the rarest kind) in the grass. After I shot it with a low-dosage tranquilizer, our connection was instant - it was love at first sight. My getaway wasn't as smooth as I hoped it would be, but I don't think anybody saw the kidnap occur. When we finally made it home, it turns out we had a lot in common! We both love biking (he's not much of a jumper though), picnics, playing piano, cooking, dancing, and spending time on the ocean. As it turns out, it was all a ploy for him to get closer to my cooler. I can't believe I could be so stupid! Love is blind I guess...

My daughter thought the ad was "kinda crazy funny". She's 6. My thought was, ookaayyy, this is weird, and the point is....Dakine, its a bag, that you can take anywhere, love it, use it, abuse it, and it'll leave you in end????? What???
To me it seems like its the kind of advertising that says 'buy this bag an women will flock too you'.

I wont complain, shes pretty cute. Cute womanly pro riders are few to come by so if they make a ridicules video, Ill watch it. Id rather watch that then a video then some dumb spill made by a 12 yearold. No offense to 12 yearolds.
Stupid bag, Darcy is so much nicer then the cooler. Actually she it a great person, had a few email conversations with her and she is very personable and has a good sense of humor
I got to play chauffeur for Darcy and Stephanie during slope sistair weekend they both have a good sense of humor and are just cool people.
I had this exact dream about Darcy.....except I was the bag.....but I had fewer zippers and was far less functional.
My buddy, Samsonite used to be madly in love with Darcy till she started seeing this new "douche" bag. 
yah for sure! stop arguing about how "ridiculous" this is and just laugh at it. now if this was VOD then you could argue. and most likely yes dakine did pay pinkbike to post this on the front page you can usually get what you want with the right amount of cash

This video was made by Darcy and some of her friends. It received no budget from anyone and we chose to play it because it is funny and shows that she's got a great sense of humor and is very creative.
I think she did a great job. She is repping her sponsors very well, targeted at the precise demographic they're after with a female rider.

That relationship was doomed from the start. How could Darcy think that love was going to flourish between them after she kidnapped him in the first place?
It's not uncommon for kidnapped victims to create a bond with their kidnappers after a long period of time in captivity.
that bag is crazy, if i were kidnapped by a cute girl that wanted to go biking and have picnics, i wouldn't run off with a silly cooler!

Ahhhhh... This is why we love that Darcy coaches for COC. We get to hang out and ride with a girl who has mad skills, and is funny as hell. Yeah, Yeah, Yeah... we know... she's cute.

Hmm, she doesn't take much thought in the fact her shirt was quite low cut when she was stocking her 'pray'. Im not staying its a bad thing but pointing it out there. Dakine makes good backpacks, I've got one myself, amazing and good video!
