Silver Star Bike Park Opening Video

Silverstar Bike Park resort is now open and ready to shred! Silverstar's own riders, Benton Leong and Garrett Robertson team up with filmers, Matt Butterworth and Eric Marciniak to shoot a demo video for the opening.

"I can't believe how sick the trails are right now, and how good the video turned out", says Benton Leong, 17 year old ripper from Kelowna B.C. "Silverstar Bike Park is really stepping it up this year with its amazing berms and prime jumps", mentions Garrett Robertson, another Kelowna Ripper, 19 years of age. The Silverstar crew has put a ton of effort in the trails this year, building some of the most pristine lines around.

 Rode there yesterday and I wish they did a little more shovel work and took the washing boards off of Rockstar and off the world cup berm below the chailift, besides that, very decent riding up there.

"The Silverstar crew has put a ton of effort in the trails this year" --- Lower berms and brake zones havent been touched since last june. There shit kicked. Not the crews fault tho, Micheal J needs to open his wallet if SilverStar is to progress to its full potential.

 I assure you they have... you would be amazed at how much work it takes to maintain a mountain that sees the number of riders that places like whistler, silverstar and sunpeaks do. Everything was perfect for opening and everything is still in fantastic shape but you cant expect every berm on every trail to be mint everytime.

 The only berm that is truly messed is the one coming into the chair lift. There are maybe 2 or 3 other berms that are a bit bumpy but thats half the fun. Your on a big bike, use it.
Whistler in 2 months will be 10x worse.
