Forty-five minutes of gnarly stunts, flowing trails, and rough but scenic riding is what Goldstein Productions’ sophomore film effort promises to offer in Spring 2009. “On the Line” documents some of the best riding on Canada’s West Coast from locals who live the riding lifestyle day in and day out, featuring local riders from Whistler along with international mountain bikers who flock to this mountain biking mecca to live the dream of unparalleled trails, a laid-back party atmosphere, and breathtaking scenery that plays host to a mountain biker’s dream terrain.

“Livin’ the Dream” was Goldstein Productions’ first riding film, voted into the Top 25 Showcase at the Toronto Student Film Festival and consequently winning the Festival’s prestigious award for Best Cinematography. Building off of “Livin’ the Dream”, “On the Line” follows the same theme of crisp camera shots and the best trails with an interwoven story of what local riders experience, day after day. The trailer offers a taste of the non-stop action and varied riding segments that will appear in the full version of “On the Line” in 2009.
With riders such as Cody Eichhorn, Tristan Merrick, Matt Zdriluk, Jack Reading, Kevin Bartkowski, and Rebecca McQueen, “On the Line” will offer viewers an unparalleled depth of Whistler riding coverage, along with clips from a range of British Columbia riding locations including Pemberton, Squamish, Silverstar, and Sun Peaks. Comprehensive coverage of the Crankworx Canadian Open, Giant Slalom, and Slopestyle, along with Whistler’s local race series, Phat Wednesdays, rounds out the movie.

that looks amazing
Nice video.
But what's with the new inherent fad of having to show a time lapse at the beginning and end of a video? It's an action sports video cliche now. I think it's time to get ideas from other sources than to keep emulating the action videos of the past that.
The end was very Chain Smoke 2, but they did a better job.

I'm not sure, but that girl on the rocky mountain. she looks way faster than that little guy in the orange speedsuit on the glory.
Bloody hell, yeah she is! I guess speedy race getups do nothing for actual speed. At least he gets some good photos?!

michael gave me this video he made of his and his buds in whistler of 2007 and it was sick. its awesome to see that hes making production films now and the movie looks ill. this trailer gets me soo stoked its crazy

OMG so mean at the end! all the possible suspense they could build up for that train gap and they cut us short!

Yeahhhhh Mikey! Just watched the trailer on a public library computer in some small town after coming out of the aussie bush after a week and it's lookin awesome! Nice work. So now you've "tuned" the vid..... it's time to tune the ladies hahaha
