Carter Holland is the man behind some of the most popular hard tails currently available to the riding masses. Black Market Bikes makes hard tail, steel bikes that are purpose built to shred the DJs, Skate parks and any other urban or dirt environment you throw at them.
Have a look at a few of this year's models and enjoy the interview with Carter inside:

Looking good!
Black market bikes suck... ordered a saddle off them direct from the US, and the guy was all helpful about postage info untill i paid.. then i never recieved the saddle and he stopped replying to emails.. not impressed.. like the look of their range but wont be buying anything from them again
Black Market are one of the best companies out there. Their customer service is dope, especially since Carter actually responds to e-mails himself. I like the look of that camo stem, it actually looks legit.
All of those bikes look so amazing and dialed. Does anyone know what happened to the contraband fork, it just disappeared off the market? When is it coming out again?

I don't in the above pics, but you said on the completes. These are rider builds, not factory builds. Currently, the only completes they offer are the Riot, which has a DJ1 & the Three57 which has a DJ3. So I thought that's what you were talking about.
im obviously talking about the completes on this article, and looking at the fork you should have deduced.

why have such little travel suspension fork? they'd be better off making it rigid or increase it to 100mm.
you can run 4 cogs on some singlespeed cassettes. it's on a 4x frame and they don't need nine speeds but single wouldn't work either
You can run up to six on some hubs. The Hadley, Hope, and King singlespeed can all run reduced cassettes.

I can't help noticing that there's alot of turquoise frames around now days.
For example ; Diamondback Bandito, Commencal Absolut AL2 '09 and now the 24" Contraband

die blkmrkt die, and who would buy an even shorter version of their rigid, was the mobs bottom brackets not hitting enough copping at the park?

What happened to the thing against 24" wheels with carter holland. thought 'there was no point' guessing hes gone to the good side. or just out to make more dollar.
dude there so exspensive though for what they are. like 600 for a frame/ ill just go buy a new fit bmx and dj thank you very much
Didn't like the S&M comment. It's not right to come that way. In the other hand, Why go with a Contraband when you can go today with a Fit CR24 or a S&M .38 Special? - unless you really dig disc brakes.
