Sea Otter - Pro DH Results and video!

The Pro Downhill at the Sea Otter Classic always draws a huge crowd and this year was no exception. For the first time in I think Sea Otter history the whole weekend went with out any rain, so the track was dry and fast.

and hill was on a SX trail!? if you watch the finals vid on freecaster it shows it. may not be and sx but its got a boxxer on it and its not a demo...

He washed out on the burm after the step up at the beginning, and when you wash out, it's over.

The course is kind of tame for most DH standards. Jared Graves won the DH on a 6" bike last year.

Ya i think some of the pros think its weak. because it is more like cross country. it would be so much fun to race it. most likely next year.

Its really not a cross country course at all, god forbid you actually have to pedal to be the fastest downhill. Its not a difficult course, but it has some booter jumps and a few steep sections, and some HUGE braking bumps that are more like moto whoops. I agree its no world cup DH course but they don't have much to work with considering there not at a bike park like most big tracks.
