X Fusion Shox had a good presence at this year's Sea Otter Classic, from their booth to their race team. We were able to stop by and talk to them about the new Vengeance Fork, the Vector HLR rear shock, the H3LT rear shock and the O2 PVA.
Check out what they have rolling for 2009:

stuff looks so nice
Man, these guys have certainly come a long ways in their few years they been out! Looks like KrocShox and Manipoo have an upcoming contender!
how big are the stanchions on the vengeance?? They look huge!
unfortunately, only BAD experiences to report with xfusion here : (
Hopefully, they've evolved since... time will tell.

X-FUSION SUCKS BALLS!!!!
if you offered anyone, even the people sponsered by them, a choice between a fox fork and an x fusion fork.
they would DEFINITELY go with the fox fork.
too costly for the quality of the product.
everyone i talk to has or has had an x-fusion product, regrets buying it or even taking the time to put it on thier bike.

Cali-rid-305: that may have been the truth for x fusion in the past but you can't bash a company like that who is trying to work their way into the high end company list, give them some time and i bet they will be up there with Fox and Rock Shox in no time.
ncrider5, their already up there with rockshox, but it's gonna be a long time for them to catch up to FOX!
banshee-ripper
they are definitly not up with rockshox
they might be matched with single crown forks but definitly not with dual crown forks.
x-fusion needs to cut wieght on thier delta 8

wow, those parts look legit.. especially that cartridge for the vengeance.. they're not messing around
i had an older x-fusion vector pro piggy back shock... well actually i had 2, one blew up in a week and the warrenty replacement blew up so bard it blew the seal end of the berrel right out, tearing the threads...

those shocks look much nicer than Fox ones - I wish X-fusion would stop advertising their products and just make them available already - I want!

Because you need two adjustments for compression as there is a great deal of variation in terrain. Rebound however is the fork/shock returning to it's 0 position so there would be no use for two speed adjustments when rebound is always pretty much the same type of reaction over and over.
all there stuff looks amazing for the eyes, good i cant say never tried them, hope to have some feedback on the 160mm fork
They look promising to me. Bit similar look to Fox, but who cares if they work properly, and have lower price then the competitors.
I'm very impressed with the Vector shock w/Ti spring, it looks rock solid with great adjustability! I would happily try one out to see how it compares to my current shock! Although their website seems to be under construction at the moment Pinkbike lists the MSRP as $749 which is pretty steep. However a member here sponsored by them mentioned the street price should be closer to $520ish.

that stuff looks great, I think they need to make a fork thats a 20mm and not a 1.5 headtube. that way DJers dont have to use QR
nevermind, i just read that the vengeance would be both.....sorry guys. i cant wait till it comes out and will definitely be looking into it
My bike came stock with a X Fusion rear shock It worked pretty good but it was not compareable to a fox at the time. It looks like they stepped up their game though.
I'm using their H3 LT shock and I'd have to say....it blows the Fox DHX air away. Nice, super light shock with an 'almost' lock-out feature for those climbs.

no offense, but they make all there suspension look like fox. the valves and levers, even the design.
ok..... why does it matter if it looks like fox stuff? if it works why change it. and im sure what on the inside is different.
I headr some rumours that X-Fusion makes some parts at Fox fork and shock. You can see there are lines in design between X-fusion and fox. Just check the detail!

I have an X-Fusion 02RC on my'07 Specialized FSRxc Comp and it has been working great for 3 years now. And seeing the stuff X-Fusion is pumping out now, it really looks like they're getting much better as a company. All the stuff shown here looks like it's machined and built extremely well, just as good as the Fox stuff. Go X-Fusion!
